ELIGIBILITY

1. The contest is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of contest registration, unless otherwise specified.
2. Employees of Carnivore Meat Company® are NOT eligible to participate in this drawing.
3. Any person currently engaged with Nature’s Advantage via promotional or marketing agreement (i.e., influencer or sponsor) is NOT eligible to win in this drawing.
4. Persons who have won a prize in another contest or promotion of any kind from Nature’s Advantage within the ninety-day (90) period immediately preceding the start date of this drawing are not eligible to participate.
5. Participants agree to comply with any applicable federal, state, local laws, and regulations.
   

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD The Nature’s Advantage sustainability pledge contest will begin on Monday, April 19, 2021 and run through April 30, 2021. Three (3) consumer winners will be announced on Monday, May 3rd. This promotion will be conducted exclusively on Instagram.

 

CONSUMERS HOW TO ENTER Take the Nature’s Advantage sustainability pledge. Screenshot the Nature’s Advantage pledge Instagram story, tag three (3) friends + Nature’s Advantage, and share to your story.

 

PRIZES If a winner(s) is unable to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. There will be a total of two winners. 

1. Each winner will receive a Nature’s Advantage prize package ($100 value).
2. When selected, the winners will be contacted by Instagram direct message.
3. No substitution of prize is offered (including cash), no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value.

1. Prizes will be awarded only upon winner(s) verification and final approval by Nature’s Advantage. If the winner(s) or selected entrant is unable to be contacted within two (2) days after being selected (e.g. drawing date), or is ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner(s) may be selected.

All decisions made by Nature’s Advantage management or any promotion sponsor regarding any aspect of this promotion are final. ODDS OF WINNING Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entrants participating during the Promotion Period. RELEASE By entering this Promotion, entrant and reseller agree to release and hold harmless Administrator and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, marketing/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. PROMOTIONAL PUBLICITY Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winners’ consent to Administrator’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown and state, and/or uploaded photo or slide show for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. GENERAL CONDITIONS If for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the contest is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention, fraud, acts of God, strikes, terrorist acts, criminal acts of third parties, an insufficient number of qualified entries, or any other causes beyond Nature’s Advantage control which, in Nature’s Advantage sole opinion, corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion, Nature’s Advantage reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing at their sole discretion. Nature’s Advantage reserves the right to change the Sweepstakes rules at any time (deadlines, stages, prizes, etc). To enter the Sweepstakes, you also must accept these Terms and Conditions: When you submit your submission online, the Submission will be viewable to Nature’s Advantage employees and people involved in running the Sweepstakes. Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or any relevant Instagram statistics page or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Promotion Mechanics and Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law in the applicable jurisdiction, and, should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Administrator’s failure to enforce any term of these Promotion Mechanics and Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
